I have come to include either some sort of raw milk kefir smoothie or adrenal co*cktail variation into my daily routine over the last few years and I love it!   • Cream of tartar - Use a good quality cream of tartar, I used this one!
  • Water - You can use filtered water or even coconut water if you prefer it!
  • Heavy cream - One variation of this recipe calls for heavy cream. Seek out a trusted local source or purchase from a good store-bought brand! Feel free to replace this with coconut milk for a non-dairy option. This will make your adrenal co*cktail taste deliciously creamy!
  • Tart cherry juice - Another variation to this recipe is adding in tart cherry juice. It gives a lovely flavor to your beverage and is a great way to change it up now and then. As always, I recommend reading the ingredients list when comparing options.
